The recipient may request that the notice be accompanied by an invoice, statement or similar documentation from the retailer. FOR will not issue or pay an invoice, statement or other documentation if it does not have a TIN from the retailer. FOR will mail an invoice, statement or similar documentation within 30 days of receipt of a notice or notification from FOR.  FOR cannot accept returns, nor can it waive any taxes that have not been sent back to the consumer.
